Wanted Persons: Police Gives Updates On Investigation, Suspects
The Nigeria Police Force, on Tuesday, said one of the suspects, Ndiana Udom, declared wanted by the Force had turned himself in for interrogation regarding his case with the police in the ongoing investigation surrounding the recent declaration of his wanted status
The Nigeria Police Force, on Tuesday, said one of the suspects, Ndiana Udom, declared wanted by the Force had turned himself in for interrogation regarding his case with the police in the ongoing investigation surrounding the recent declaration of his wanted status.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, Abuja, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a statement on Tuesday, 15th August, 2023, said Ndiana Udom had since surrendered hiself to the police and cooperated with the police investigators.
He explained that after thorough questioning and investigation, Mr. Ndiana Udom, was cleared and exonerated in the said matter under investigation, stating that the Police appreciated his cooperation and commended his commitment in the issue adding that the police is looking forward for further cooperation from him if required in the course of the said investigations.
According to him, the investigation is still ongoing stressing that the police is making every effort to bring the main suspect to book.
He further added that the police has intensified effore to bring Peace Ekom Robert, who is on the run to face justice, stressing that anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should report her to nearest police station and assist the police to apprehend her.

"The Nigeria Police Force hereby wishes to provide an update on the ongoing investigation regarding the recent declaration of the duo of Ndiana Abasi Idongesit Udom 'm' and Peace Ekom Robert 'f' wanted on July 22nd, 2023, in the media and through our official social media platforms
"Ndiana Udom has since come forward and cooperated with the police investigators. After thorough questioning and investigation, Mr. Ndiana Udom has been cleared and exonerated in the said matter under investigation. The Police appreciate his cooperation and commend his commitment in this regard and look forward to further cooperation if required in the course of the said investigations
"In that wise, it is pertinent to state that the investigation remains active, and our efforts to bring the main suspect, Peace Ekom Robert, who is still at large, to justice, have been intensified. We urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward and assist the police in this matter
